The retailer celebrated fifty years with a retrospective on its history of iconic design
Pioneers since 1973, Maison Corbeil founders Colette and Raymond Corbeil championed the expansion of contemporary and modern furniture in Canada as one of the country’s first outlets to offer cult-favourite European brands such as Ligne Roset, Cattelan Italia and Ethnicraft. Along with MUST and Jardin de Ville, Maison Corbeil is one of three hallmark brands under the leadership of parent company Home Société Group. And to commemorate its golden anniversary, the Quebec-based furniture retailer showcased fifty years of exceptional designs with a retrospective spotlighting the most iconic pieces within its collection.
While there is an infinite list of recognizable designs that have become synonymous with the retailer over the year, a select few top our list among the most memorable and timeless.

A fitting finish to celebrate Maison Corbeil’s golden anniversary, the Componibili table designed by Anna Castelli Ferrieri for Kartell has been furnishing interiors for decades. Its iconic design has been updated in recycled materials, and its modern, rounded structure is available with two or three storage compartments.
